With an
extensive background in Seattle information, guiding and hosting
we provide Receptive and Guest Services for clients in the
Greater Seattle area.
Our
Services:
We will
arrange for caterers and venues, including menu selections, for
an event, a day or a week
We will
arrange for transportation: bus, van, limousine, etc.
We will be an
on-site host for your events to free your representatives from
concern about the event itself. That way, you can
concentrate on your guests.
We will
provide guide service throughout the Greater Seattle area.
Charges:
We charge only
for the time we spend, whether in person or making arrangements,
and pass on any discounts or commissions to our clients.
Our rate is
$40/hour, with a 3-hour minimum.
Other charges,
such as restaurants and limousines, are charged directly to the
client=s credit card.
What this
means: You pay only for the time required to make the plans you
want and you, the client, remain in full control of decisions
and expenses.
