Walking Tours
DOWNTOWN
SEATTLE
Seattle is a walker's
delight with its turn-of-the century buildings, public art, and
scenic courtyards. You'll discover hidden treasures
and little-known facts about local landmarks, see city
sidewalks and vistas, and walk through the Pike Place Market.
Learn about Seattle's history — its people and its
buildings — from Duse McLean, author of The Pocket Guide
to Seattle.
Meet
by Starbucks Coffee at Westlake Plaza on Pine Street between
Fourth and Fifth avenues.
We'll
start with a ride through the Metro tunnel to the
International District and walk 1½ miles through
the heart of Seattle to the Public Market. We design each
tour for your schedule and interests — please let
us know what you'd like to see.
